Man of the world - No More!

        “Man of the world”. This, I believe was the fitting description of myself before I came to know the saving grace of our LORD. I was working abroad that time and money was abounding. My life was filled with vices: drinking, smoking, “happy hours with the boys”, and watching pornographic movies. It reached the point of my spending time with another woman. My wife though, at that point was already writing me letters with biblical themes. It made me realize to the point of conviction of the many sins I had committed. I now see how God used my wife, Sis. Leth, to deliver His Word and teachings to change my life.

        When I came back to the Philippines, I was broke. But my family welcomed me warmly and later on invited me to attend at Word for the World Christian Fellowship church. It was in 1997 when I finally made the decision to accept Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior. I now have no desire to work in another country because God has given me the faith in Him that His blessings are more than enough even here. Praise be to God!
